Back by popular demand! Kimberly Manthey and I are returning to Red Mountain Resort in St. George, Utah to host a retreat that will offer yoga, adventure, and relaxation! We are registered yoga instructors and friends that share a passion for the practice and philosophy of yoga, and we also just love to have fun! Our teaching styles offer vinyasa flow, yin and restorative practices, so a little something for everyone. Yoga isn’t your thing? No problem! There is so much to see and do such as hiking, biking, wellness classes, cooking demos, spa treatments and more. Utah Yoga Retreat, October 18-21st 2018- Sold Out
Please join Kimberly Manthey and I (together known as “Happy Feet Retreats”) this fall in beautiful St. George, Utah for a weekend of adventure, yoga and relaxation! We are both registered yoga instructors and friends that share a passion for the practice and philosophy of yoga. We offer many teaching styles including vinyasa flow, yin and restorative practices, but ultimately, our goal is to provide an environment in which our clients can have fun both on and off the mat. We are hosting this event at Red Mountain Resort, which it is known as one of the most luxurious adventure resorts in St. George. The resort offers a wide range of activities including guided hikes, cooking demos, biking trails, National parks, golf, and in addition, we’ll be teaching yoga daily as well!! If you are looking to simply relax, you can enjoy the resort’s two pools or treat yourself to a spa treatment. We know you will enjoy your trip whether you choose to travel solo, or with your favorite companion!! Candlelight Yin Yoga with Kim, November 16th 2017 at 6:00pm
Our first night of Yin Yoga was such a success, we’re doing it again! Please join me for this beautiful, restorative practice on Thursday, November 16th. Give yourself the opportunity to rest, breath, stretch and restore. This season of gratitude encourages our hearts and minds to reflect on everything we are grateful for, and a yin practice is the perfect venue for reflection, stillness, and quiet. I am looking so forward to seeing you all there and sharing the gift of yin yoga!
Downward Dog 4 the Dogs, November 15th 2017 at 6:30pm
Please join me for a night of gentle flow yoga and cocktails for a cause!! My friend, Alex Decker, is extremely passionate about fundraising for the Wisconsin German Shorthair Pointer Rescue (WGSPR), and asked me to join in her effort to raise money for this cause. The night with begin with a 75 minute gentle flow class in the upper level of Bibinger’s. After class, you can head downstairs to unwind with 1/2 price bottles of wine or your beverage of choice. Details: Location: Bibinger’s, 3747 Cedar Creek Rd., West Bend, 53095. The class is $20.00, not including drinks (sorry); payment taken at the door. Please bring your own mat and water. RSVP by November 13th 2017.
Candlelight Yin Yoga with Kim, October 11th 2017
Please join me as we share the beautiful practice of Yin Yoga. Yin yoga offers an opportunity to breathe and restore the body by holding seated or supine postures for longer periods of time. The stretches are passive, and gravity encourages the body to soften and deepen into each pose. Come and share the experience of Yin, giving yourself the gift of restoration this fall season.
